1/485 Pages Road BEXLEY, Christchurch City

This spacious 2 bedroom unit was not insured at the time of the Canterbury Earthquakes and has suffered earthquake and liquefaction damage. There are no engineering or EQC reports. Whilst not being for the faint hearted, a top to bottom refurbishment by a handy kiwi could reap a good return for honest 'blood, sweat and tears'.
