4/162 Wainoni Road AVONDALE, Christchurch City

Doctors advise that to live a long life you need to be in a warm and dry environment that is as stress free as possible. Maybe that is why the government approved over 60's units to be developed.
As this executive home is around a year old you are getting a quality warm and dry home with very little maintenance (no worries) and it has a nice deck for you to relax on.
This separate unit not overlooked by neighbours has 2 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, open plan living, heatpump, batts insulation, double glazing, alarm and an internal access garage.
What else is special about this unit? It is the last one at the end, so it is more private. The outdoor area needs virtually no maintenance, which saves on all that stressful bending down.
Research has found that people are less stressed when they own a pet and the good news here is that pets are allowed.
Bus stops are handily very close by.
What else is there to do? Well you can down to the corner look across the road and there before you is the Avondale Golf Club. Going in the other direction you are just down the road from Porritt Park, where Christchurch hosts national and international hockey matches. There are cricket outfields as well.
Friends are bound to pop in after shopping at PAKnSAVE and you can listen to them enviously wishing they lived here, before they trudge home with their heavy bags of shopping.
So if you fancy getting in training for the title of the oldest person in the world this could be a great place to start your record attempt.
Come to the open home or get in fast and make an appointment to view now!
