I’ve sold hundreds of properties during my 19 years selling real estate in the Christchurch area.  I’ve witnessed many changes in the market and adapted to them.  There are currently a number of challenges for sellers and buyers in our region following the earthquakes, and these will continue for years to come. Since the 2011 earthquake, and have become very experienced and knowledgeable in dealing with EQC and insurance issues including selling deconstructed houses, insured houses and other properties that are sold 'As Is'. 

Successfully selling houses is not just luck – it requires a well thought out marketing plan tailored for each property.  I believe you build to a plan, so I sell to a plan.  I understand the key drivers that increase price, ie maximum buyer numbers, maximum buyer competition, and deadline buyer action.  At Ray White, we pride ourselves on internal education, learning, and technology advancement, which means I have the tools to provide my vendors with the optimum marketing options for their home. I work with a wide range of sellers from all over Christchurch, throughout New Zealand and even overseas.  I understand the importance of regular communication with my vendors, who get weekly written progress reports on the marketing of their property and pre and post open home feedback by email/phone/text. The testimony to successful premium results for my clients is evidenced by the fact the majority of my new clients come via referrals from satisfied clients.  I have also won numerous awards for my success in real estate.
