Born and raised in Germany, Emma brings a naturally organised, punctual, and detail‑driven approach to her role as Admin & Sales Assistant to Team Emma Shine. With a background as a Flooring Sales Consultant and a diploma in Interior Design, as well as Plant Styling and Landscape Design, she has a strong understanding of how great spaces come together and a genuine passion for the property industry.

Emma is a creative person with plenty of drive, always striving for the best possible outcome in every task she takes on. Her previous sales experience has equipped her with excellent communication skills and an ability to quickly understand people’s needs, making her a valuable support for both clients and the team. To further strengthen her knowledge in the field, Emma is currently working towards gaining her real estate certificate to become a licensed real estate sales person.

Combining efficiency, design knowledge, and a people‑focused mindset, Emma plays an integral role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the sales process.
