Cody Cave

Cody Cave is no stranger to the property business with a past career in transport logistics, letting and property management – compelling and complementary skills for real estate sales. Joining Ray White Mangere Bridge in 2021 as a Sales Associate for Team Jared which is one of the top performing teams within the Ray White Group Internationally. Achieving Chairmens Elite Status which puts us in the top 1% of Ray White agents. 

Originally a mainlander from Christchurch, Cody spent many years in Western Australia working in the mining industry before coming home and returning to his job at New Zealand logistics in Lyttleton. As a shipping and trucking logistics supervisor he was closely involved with the handling of cargo off and on fertiliser ships, running and coordinating the transport to and from the port up until 2016 when he relocated to Auckland. From 2016 to 2019 he worked in several award-winning property management businesses and set about streamlining operations and growing a number of rent rolls.

Cody brings a determination to succeed influenced by strategic thinking and a fearless can-do attitude. He has always been a practical hands-on sort of person who works hard to reach clearly identified goals. Cody is a natural when it comes to connecting with people. High energy, gregarious and approachable, Cody loves the people aspect to real estate and enjoys building relationships. He communicates with ease across a diverse range of people wanting to buy and sell property. Analytical, Cody can nimbly crunch the numbers on the fly – a rare talent in a face-paced industry where the critical end-game component lies in tactical negotiations for a successful outcome.
