When scanning properties on the internet and in print your eye is attracted to properties that look good, but might ignore the ones that look too dark, shadowy or lopsided. Number two in the list of how to get noticed is having a title that gets people thinking. This can make buyers or even people who may be not particularly interested in a property in your area read the description. This means that anyone who may have skipped your property as just another boring red brick house are now reading the description as the title got them interested. Having read the text they may now like what they are reading about. An unread turned page is a lost opportunity. Not strictly number three, but is related to numbers 1 & 2 is the description. Here we do not just tell someone the cold facts of 3 bedrooms, double garage and large section, but fill the description with a feeling of the lifestyle if you lived there. You will not find an uninteresting three line description on our listings even if it is just a small section. So we have great photos, a title that makes you want to read more and a good description what is the use of these if we are only on one or two websites? Well we are on over ten websites which means your property is out there to be seen by even more people than normal.
